Prices
The shown prices are selling prices. We take reservations for any errors in the prices stated, and we reserve the right to change prices without further notice.

Shipping and delivery
You can pick up the ordered products at our address at agreed time and date. Alternatively we will be happy to send the ordered products directly to you, when the payment has been carried through.
Shipment costs and postal charges are paid by you and the amount will depend on weight of the ordered products and your address. We of course ensure that the glass is properly wrapped. Total payment and delivering time will be forwarded to you by e-mail. 

Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer. When we have received your order, we will send you an e-mail with order confirmation. This e-mail will contain the total amount you have to transfer incl. shipment costs and postage and delivering time. The e-mail will also include our bank account specifications and an order number which act as your receipt and warranty card.

Treatment of glass and complaints generally
Glass Art is handmade craft where the glass color and structure will change during production. Thus, there may be variations in the appearance and size, which can not be predicted in advance. Therefore, we are not able to replace products which vary a little from how they appear on the images.
Glass should be treated with caution, and sharp edges can be a risk of injury. We can not take responsibility for any damage that our products may cause.
Our products should not be exposed by temperatures above 80 degrees Celsius, and should not be cleaned in dishwasher and is best cleaned with a moist cloth.
